My name is Declan, a CFI in the Sacramento valley. I specialize in providing top-notch flight instruction, including Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, and Multi-Engine training. During the past three years I have provided over 1400 hours of instruction, including extensive experience as a Part 141 Check Instructor. In July 2026 I achieved my Gold Seal Instructor Certificate from the FAA, marking my commitment to excellence.  My focus is on personalized training that leads to a high success rate while maintaining safety and professionalism.
